Hon. Dare Alebiosu, Executive Chairman, Ijebu Ode Local Government, has called for peace and unity among the next ruling house, the Fusengbuwa Royal Family members headed by Otunba Adedokun Ajidagba.
He made the statement while addressing the people of the Agunsebi family house in Ijebu Ode on Sunday during the family meeting.
In his statement during the meeting, he said the reason for coming to the meeting is to let them know the government of Ogun State will not be biased in the selection, but the family should go for the best because Ogun State will not take a mediocre person for the stool of Awujale.
He further pleaded that they should be ready to recognize all factions so far as they belong to the family.
The head of the family, Otunba Adedokun Ajidagba, in his own remark, thanked the Ijebu Ode local government chairman, Hon. Dare Alebiosu, for recognizing them and sparing his time to come to the meeting, and he promised that they will not disappoint the government in choosing the best for Akile Ijebu.
He further said to his family that as the head of the family, he did not have any candidate among the contestants until the candidate emerged, and they should all imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship in supporting whoever that was that emerged.

The spokesman of the family, Prince Abiodun Adesanya Ogidan, commended the Prince and Princess that have contributed to the development of the ruling house, and they still need more of their contribution.
The head of the family, Otunba Ajidagba, welcomed all the new family members that joined them on Sunday and assured them that there would be fairness in all their dealings and selections.
In his conclusion, he said they appreciate the state government led by Prince Dapo Abiodun for the giant strides he took in making the family unite, which shows he is truly a prince that respects the tradition.
